Thank you so much to everyone for your support! We are in the home stretch and need some volunteers while we have a break in the weather on Thursday 5/31 and Saturday 6/2.
We desperately need some volunteers to help us line the final fence trenches with fabric so we can finish the fence! The rain has caused so many delays and we are sorry for the short notice but this appears to be our only window of opportunity to get this done so we can finish construction and get ready to open our park- yay!
Here are the details for volunteering, please invite anyone you want to join us:
Thursday, May 31 from 5-8 PM at Doylestown Dog Park (directions below)
Please bring hammers- we will be putting landscape fabric in the final fence trenches so they can finally install the rest of the fence.

Saturday, June 2 from 9 AM to Noon at Doylestown Dog Park
Please bring hammers to help finish putting the fabric in the trenching.
We will also be planting plants and moving stones (pebbles). Please bring garden tools, wheelbarrows and shovels.

Also, if anyone has access to a Bobcat, Backhoe or Endloader with an operator to help moving stone, please let Kathy know- that would be a big help

Please don’t bring your dogs- it’s still a construction area and not safe for paws… yet.
The park is located on Almshouse Rd near Turk Rd at Turk Park. If you are coming south on 611 from Doylestown Borough, turn right on Almshouse and you’ll see the parking lot on the left. If you hit Turk Rd you went too far.
This is Weather Permitting! If it’s storming, we won’t be out in it. We are hoping for a break in the weather so we can get this done and finish our park tho!
